EDITORIAL DESK / CORRECTIONS

Contact the Desk

Source-backed notes on citations, wording, study design, and new peer-reviewed evidence are welcome.

Editorial correspondence

Peaceful Peptides welcomes specific corrections to the research record. The most useful note identifies the page, quotes the passage at issue, and names a peer-reviewed or primary source that supports the change. Relevant messages include a mischaracterized study design, an endpoint described too broadly, a citation that belongs beside a claim, or a newly published human trial that materially changes the evidence level.

Editorial mailbox: editors@peacefulpeptides.com

The desk checks claims against their source before revising a page. A compelling abstract, marketing page, supplier description, or personal account is not treated as equivalent to a full paper. Response times vary, and not every suggested source will meet the editorial standard.

Outside the desk’s scope

The mailbox does not provide medical advice, interpret laboratory results, recommend a compound, or discuss a human dose, schedule, or route. It cannot evaluate whether a product contains what its label claims, locate a vendor, or help obtain research material. Individual safety questions require a qualified clinician with access to the relevant medical history.

Community experiences can be submitted as context, but they remain anecdotes and cannot establish effectiveness or incidence. Commercial solicitations, paid placement, affiliate proposals, and requests to soften an evidence limitation are outside the editorial model. The desk exists to improve the accuracy of this literature digest, including its account of adverse findings and unresolved questions.
